1. Grind fenugreek, dry ginger and turmeric in the same quantity, taking two spoons of fakki with hot water after eating daily morning and evening meal is beneficial.

2. Every morning in the hungry stomach take a spoonful of fenugreek seeds fenugreek, mix 1 gram Kalonji once.

3. Pomegranate fenugreek always empty stomach after eating food in the morning, afternoon and night with half a teaspoon of water, all joints will remain strong and there will never be joint pain.

4. Heat turmeric, good, PC, donated fenugreek and water in the same quantity, heat it and apply it on the knees. Tie a bandage over it and keep it tied for a whole night. Remove the bandage in the morning and clean it. You will feel the effect in just a few.

5. Taking 2 walnuts with flax seeds relieves joint pain.

6. Eating laddus of fenugreek provides relief in hand pain and joint pain.

7. After taking the fenugreek seeds after the age of 30, the joints of the body remain strong. Till old age, diseases like diabetes, blood pressure and arthritis are protected.

8. Saute the fenugreek seeds till they turn pink in the pan or pan. Grind on cooling. Take half a teaspoon daily with a glass of water.

9. Grind the fenugreek casserole and take 2 spoons of it in winter and one spoon of faki in summer with water.

10. Eat sprouted fenugreek and do not eat anything for half an hour after eating it.
