Do not even come to the idea of sexual matter in the mind, it is far away to contemplate erotic. Always keep the mind entangled in good deeds and thoughts, so that no thoughts of dirty and sexual thoughts can come, this is called keeping the mind clear.
Avoid indigestion to avoid constipation. If both these measures are taken, then even without taking the medicine, the dreaming will stop forever, this is the treatment without medication. For this type of disease, the method of treatment and medicine is given here in an Ayurvedic way.
(1) Wash the leaves of spinach with about 250 grams of water and grind it on the cob without water. Soak a thick clean washed cloth in water and squeeze it very well so that there is no water in the cloth. Now place the spinach in it and after pressing the cloth, drip the spinach juice in a cup. In the morning on an empty stomach, drink this juice, after brushing teeth and do not eat or drink anything for half an hour. By using this experiment daily for 6-7 days, dreaming stops. This is an Ayurvedic tested recipe.
(2) Put three pieces of neem Giloy full size and three black peppers on the cob and grind them very finely. Drink it with water on an empty stomach in the morning. When dreaming stops completely, then stop consuming it.
