Ayurveda and Healthy
Diet
Food, water and air are the main parts of the diet. Fast, enthusiasm, memory, oj (living energy) and body-fire are increased by the diet itself.
It is said in the Gita about the satvic diet, which is equally beneficial for all humans -
Rasya: Snigdha: Stable Hridaya Ahara: Satvikah Priya.
The food which is of all the elements, is sweet and tasty, is alimentary ie lubricated, has the power to give stability to the body, gives strength to the heart and mind, is easily digestible, and dear - such a diet is sattvik.
Only a person who eats balanced diet can live his life while remaining healthy.
